During our first consultation meeting, we go over a list of items including the number and types of rooms you want, ceiling heights and styles, overall feel of the main areas to hone in on how you want your home to look and feel. By doing this we give ourselves the ability to pair your vision with a floor plan that fits your needs. If we can’t find one that’s the perfect fit, we always love modifying a plan to make it tailored to what you want and need. That’s the beauty of Custom Home Building. 

Our floor plans range from 1500 sf all the way up to 4,300 sf and we offer a wide variety of options to fit almost any style. The most important part of a good plan is making sure it’s a great fit for your lifestyle, budget, and land or lot that you are wanting to build on. One of the items we encourage most is to look at the function and flow of a floor plan and if you like that we will work with you to make sure both the interior and the exterior match your vision and goals.
